They are super knowledgable about Portland AND the home buying process, and anything they didn't know (only 1 thing comes to mind about the neighborhood I was buying in), they were quick to refer me to someone who was a pro. Jenson is kind, patient, quick to respond, and an absolute gem of a human. Any future transactions in the Portland area will involve them, and I'm excited to have a friend in them for years to come. Jenson's preferred lender, Cat Jerger, was also an absolute pleasure to work with. This process was extremely intimidating but Jenson and Cat had a way of holding my hand through it and making it a whole lot less painful. Jenson even picked me up from the airport and showed me around the neighborhood for a few hours before flying back home - YES I BOUGHT A HOUSE WITH JENSON AFTER ONLY BEING IN IT FOR < 1 HOUR AND NOT KNOWING PORTLAND WELL AT ALL. Call me crazy, but Jenson came highly recommended to me from a coworker, and I quickly saw why. Highly recommend!!!!
