The agreement may detail the duration of the relationship, commission terms, and other relevant conditions. the buyer-broker agreement serves to establish a clear understanding and commitment between the buyer and the agent, ensuring a focused and dedicated partnership in finding the right property. Before we I can show you homes I ask that we sign a buyers agent agreement contract.

  • I charge a 2.5% commission fee.
