How does the buyer representation agreement work?

A buyer agrees to work exclusively with the specified agent, and in return, the agent commits to providing services such as property searches, negotiations, and guidance throughout the buying process. The agreement may detail the duration of the relationship, commission terms, and other relevant conditions. the buyer-broker agreement serves to establish a clear understanding and commitment between the buyer and the agent, ensuring a focused and dedicated partnership in finding the right property. Before we I can show you homes I ask that we sign a buyers agent agreement contract.

What is my fee?

I charge a 2.5% commission fee.
